Return Guidelines

Is my purchase eligible for return?

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or items from the Last Chance collection are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The return window for eligible items is 30 days from the order shipping date.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition to be eligible. This means it must be:
    • Free from makeup, deodorant, strong perfumes, or essential oils.
    • Have all original tags attached and the hygienic liner in place.

What are my return options?
We offer returns for a refund to the original payment method, for store credit, or for an exchange.

  • Return Shipping Coverage: If you purchased return shipping coverage at checkout, eligible returns and exchanges will not incur a return shipping charge. One exchange is allowed per order.
  • Standard Returns: For orders that did not include return shipping coverage, standard return shipping and processing costs will apply.
  • Instant Exchange: You may request an Instant Exchange. A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method for the new items until your return is shipped back within 14 days.
  • International Customers: For orders shipped outside the primary service region, please contact our customer service team for assistance with the return or exchange process.

How do refunds work?
The refund for your returned items will be issued to the original form of payment once they have been received and inspected at our fulfillment center. Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank or card issuer.
